With 19 month twin boys we was so happy to find our room situation at the end of corridor on the ground floor and heard no noise what so ever as often in places near airports theres lots of traffic noise and doors slamming from other guests who are departing throughout the night. I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

Enjoy the hundreds of years old wooden quirky White Hart for what it is. It is not a modern concrete square hotel. You will be pushed to find a flat floor upstairs as the oak beams have bowed with time. Very nice staff and helpful, always most busy. Nice selection of meals, cooked correctly and serviced well. Nice to visit again and again..

It was our girls birthdays and we had just taken them to the Harry Potter Studio's and when we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed with a smile. The staff member was very friendly and helpful and chatty with the girls. When we arrived down for dinner the two waitresses were extremely helpful and lovely, always smiling and talking to the girls which is always nice as you can go somewhere and they get completely ignored!
