Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

  Excellent doormen who made life very easy for us taking care of all our luggage and shopping plus parked our car very efficient. - The service was very personal and attantive, the rooms and the design were outstanding, it felt like home away from home!

The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal.
