The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.
