  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging.   From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The facilities exceeded our expectations. Breda and her staff were friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The Oaks is is in a quiet location with friendly hosts, and it was a clean and well presented room.

Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.
