  Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the trip even more special. Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).
