The Hide London is very clean and extraordinarily comfortable. The beds were so comfortable that I slept through my alarms on 2 consecutive days.
The hotel provides free water and soda (and free refills) in the fridge.

Loved the little touches in the room, free drinks topped up, bottles of water etc. tea coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable, bedroom slippers a nice touch, room small but everything built in and well thought of and air cnditioning a bonus when warm. Tube station at the top of the street shops open 24/7 and pub across the road simular to a wetherspoons had tea and a drink for two for £13.00, fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

When we arrived the staff were extremely friendly. We were given a map of London and was showed where the local attractions were, and the closest tube stations too. We were upgraded to a larger room for our Honeymoon which had a balcony. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We even had free snacks, bottled water, and a gift of chocolates waiting for us.
