  If you want a formal 4/5 star environment, don't come to Lower Barn! It is informal, very friendly, eclectic in design and appearance - you could say "quirky" - and that isn't pejorative. Read the description of the place and the rooms, what you read i - When we arived, everybody was so nice. (and the stayed nice all the time!) Our chamber was like a little house and we had a tv with some nice dvd's, so we could watch a movie (or two). The colors in the room were fantastic! Every little thing was designed and it was beautiful. We had dinner at the bed and breakfast. That was amazing! There was also an hot tub. lovely!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. - Paul and Judith provide a haven of calm, relaxation and privacy in the midst of a wonderful location with views of St Michael's Mount. The buffet and cooked breakfast range was superb, fresh, beautifully cooked. Paul and Judith are a TIC in themselves. Highly recommended. Room and beds v. comfortable, clean and well appointed.

  This waas the second year running that my wife and myself stayed at the Bay Hotel and will be going back next year. It's the whole surroundings and facilities that make his a great hotel - Really enjoyed staying at the Bay hotel, The staff where very friendly on arrival, the room was a nice size and very clean..   The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
