Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from town. Stunning views of the beach and golf club from balcony rooms. Bed incredibly comfortable. Easy hotel parking too, for £10. The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour.
