Our room was very comfortable, looked lovely and had doors opening onto a decking/garden area (just a shame it was raining the whole time!) Our friendly hosts provided clean, well equipped accommodations. From this location you can walk to restaurants, the harbour, town centre and National Maritime Museum. Pendennis Castle is a 5 minute drive away. The breakfast, provided for an additional charge, was excellent.

I thought the staff at Beachfield were very friendly and welcoming, and had a comfortable and relaxing stay there. The lounge/bar area was a nice place to sit and chill out with a drink, and the breakfast and service was really very good indeed. I would have no hesitation staying there again, in fact I'd recommend it. -

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome and at home.
Our room was amazing! Suite 1 has a four poster bed and a roll top bath in the bedroom with Jack & Jill handbasins....so much space.
The main bar was busy and had entertainment however we did not suffer any disturbance.

Excellent Hotel, The Staff were excellent always willing to help, friendly and went the extra mile to help us on anything we needed.
The Hotel was clean, easy access to shops and pretty well priced for food and drinks considering it was a hotel.
Overall 5/5 we came all the way down from Scotland and couldn't of asked for a better stay! If the manager see's this give the ladies/guys a bonus

I want to congratulate the owners/management for having an amazing team of customer focused hospitality staff. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfy.
We ate many meals at the Port William during our stay and all were of a high quality.
This all contributed to a relaxing break.

Everything. It has a lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I would describe our stay there as a five star experience from a three star hotel. Whilst it may not be the cheapest place to stay, you gets what you pay for and with this hotel you get a lot. St Ives is a magical place to stay and this hotel just is the icing on the cake.

We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. I liked the fact that upon the disappointment of our initial room, we were given a much more comfortable and newly decorated option. The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and obviously took pride in their jobs. The breakfast was really nice and the breakfast service given by the staff was excellent.
