We received a friendly welcome. It was easy to park the car off the road. Our room was spacious well appointed and very clean. there was a lovely tea tray that included some sweets. Crickleigh House is an excellent Guest House. There are many very good places to stay in Llandudno, and this is right up there with the best. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with little extras that make your stay even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely friendly, without being intrusive. I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. This is our second visit to Brigstock House and there is nothing not to like!! its situated on a really quiet road so no noise to disturb you and Simon the proprietor is very friendly. The proprietor was welcoming, helpful and professional. His staff were similarly polite and professional. The room was clean, tidy and welcoming and was thoroughly cleaned each day while I was out at conference. The cooked breakfasts were outstanding. A really nice, pleasant base for attending the Labour Party Conference at Venue Cymru. I hope to take my wife back in June for her birthday. I was able to park on the forecourt which was really helpful and saved me endless problems.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. Breakfast was cooked to order andthe romm was very very good, they recommended great places to go and couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was really well presented and we both really enjoyed our time there.
