  The five star service started the moment we were greeted at the airport by a key member of staff from the Bella Luce.We were given a short tour of the island and arrived at the hotel , check in was smooth and efficient, we were given a brief show round of the hotel and it's facilities and shown to our luxurious room overlooking the gardens and poo... co mówią ludzie » l.Throughout our stay the staff were superb, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.Food and ambience very romantic and 1st class quality. The faciliti - Lovely old-fashioned feeling with modern amenities. Professional and nice staff. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in a single room. The room itself was spacious enough but the bathroom was tiny. There was an iron and iron board in the room, which was a big +. Excellent breakfast. The location is a bit inconvenient. Not in walking distance from the town and there really is no restaurants (except hotels own) in waking distance. However bus 81 stops next to the hotel.

  The whole experience was fantastic. Facilities, spa, hotel room, food and staff all excellent. Our special requests pre booking were also done without any reminders to the hotel staff. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.
