  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it! Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.

  A superbly organised hotel run by a truly inspirational manager(ess). Management always on hand to assist, which they did on every occasion which I needed assistance. Close to town, easily walked. Comfortable beds, in a sparse room, which was fine for the purpose. Dining room staff extremely good and attentive, and the food first class. I ordered an egg sandwich in my room, and what arrived was the best egg sandwich I have ever had.
