  I liked the way we were treated from the very first contact with the Reception Staff who were extremely pleasant and very helpful.   The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Even toilet rolls were a expensive brand! But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

We are already planning for our next visit. - The location was ideal, close to bars, restaurants and main shopping centre. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

  Everything. What a great place to stay. Great location. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The guy on reception was really friendly and nice.
