  From the outside the bluebury does not look like a 3+ * place to stay but the room was absolutely brilliant. Comfort was formost and we had an Excellant stay. There is a nightclub on the first floor but if you ask for a third floor room you will not be disturbed. The breakfast was superb, all locally sourced. Wonderful food in Alfreds, trattoria, bunch of grapes, and the hotel itself. Perfect access to the taff trail for walks/cycles in Welsh countryside. We loved it.

  One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Beautiful setting, friendly helpful staff and a luxurious four poster room, which we got at a reduced rate. We were particularly impressed with the superb food, so much so that we ate in on every night of our stay - something we hadn't originally intended to do. Beatiful setting for a hotel just 25 minutes from Cardiff yet in the heart of the valleys.
