Location and room quality. Staff did all they could for rectify any problems. We were upgraded to the best rooms before arrival.Log fire. Did not have to pay for 2 poor meals and scotch for the ladies and a chance to talk the problems over with the manager were much appreciated. I hope they are able to improve the food offer. -

We appreciated the welcome and advice from Josh and appreciated the service in the restaurant from the lovely Hungarian couple (I'm sorry we did not get their names) Paella was delicious too!

We knew roughly where we wanted to stop on our driving holiday but couldn't decide on where specifically and we ended up going for this one mainly due to the reviews. Stunning location opposite the Loch, beautiful lodge which you can see as you drive across the nearby bridge. Unfortunately there was a slight mix up with our booking (which they were totally honest about), but they arranged a nice replacement hotel, gave us a bottle of wine and an upgrade for our second night (to the amazing double suite) so there were definitely no complaints from our side. The Suite was very spacious and the bed was superb. Views out onto the loch were also pretty special! A

the hotel was beautiful and traditional yet with modern,clean facilities. We enjoyed the comfort of the guest lounge and the scottish piper and dancers - a great touch for tourists. - staff was warm, welcoming and highly service oriented. Food was excellent. Location was prime to explore the Glen Coe area. Million dollar view of the loch.

Very friendly welcome, staff friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy, superb view, comfortable bed, warm room. Open log fire blazing in the lounge which beat off the cold outside beautifully. Breakfast good - an all-you-can eat continental buffet (a cooked breakfast is extra but not really needed given the quantity of food laid out). Evening meal very good too, wish I'd eaten in on both nights. (The obviously home-made soup was superb). Staff helpful when I asked if I could come down early

A great hotel with a view across the loch that was second to none. The hotel did everything to ensure that we had a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. - Hotel was fabulous. Very clean, well presented, exceptional staff, andgreat food. An all round brilliant experience, and highly recommended.
