  We were very impressed with all the staff, and were made to feel very welcome and looked after. The hotel looked great and was extremely comfortable. - Everything was professional and prefect. This is a first rate hotel.New of course, but a welcomed choice over the regular dives in Neath.

  Our excellent host Lawrence was extremely helpful, caring and went out his way to make our stay most enjoyable and happy . The breakfasts were excellent.the bedroom was extremely quiet with excellent views of the beautiful grounds, fishpond and waterfall beneath our bedroom window and in the distance, views over Neath. On our last day Lawrence ferried us to our friends in Bryncoch to pick up our car where we had left it overnight - Really nice place in a lovely location just outside Neath and handy for Swansea Bay and the Mumbles or exploring Camarthen Fan (Black Mountain). The place is a credit to the owner - Lawrence Morgan who has worked hard over many years to establish a top quality guest house.

  Tried to make a direct booking but was connected to an automated system which I hate. Hence using letsbookhotel.com. Was attending a funeral and deciding to stay over after a train journey from Essex was a last minute decision so was a bit disappointed at the price. Didn't expect £29 obviously but was surprised at how much more exspensive the room... co mówią ludzie » s are n ow. - The girls at the reception were very charming and helpful. We were given a warm welcome with a candy and coloring kit to my kid. The room was very quiet and had a peacful sleep as they guarenteed!!

  I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi! The hotel itself was also excellent, I stayed in a superior suite which was a night of luxury- well worth the money and a... co mówią ludzie » ll the staff at the hotel made my stay wonderful. - I recently stayed at the Towers Hotel and what a wonderful time myself and my partner had. The staff were excellent and were always willing to go that extra mile-very helpful! It was great to have sky TV in the room +all the sports channels available. Leisure faciltiies were fab- really clean and open till 10pm which was good for a late night swim.Restaurant excellent-great menuand service.
