Polka obsługująca w recepcji (Pani Marta) - była bardzo uprzejma, uczynna, bardzo dużo nam pomogła, doradziła. Była też taka sama uprzejma wobec zagranicznych gości. Very convenient to metrolink. Very friendly and quiet hotel. Stayed at the Old Trafford Lodge on several occasions and have never been disappointed. High standard always maintained. Will be back. - I would really reccommend this hotel - a fantastic and unique place to stay - if you have an executive room you are virtually on the pitch! Clean, friendly, everything you could need, great breakfast, speakers in the bathroom - wow!

Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to park straight outside the entrance (Saturday evening to Sunday pm) for free. Great Hotel. - The staff were extremely fri

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.
