The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.
