  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. After one night's stay we cancelled the other hotel, found... co mówią ludzie » Flemings and moved to it. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... co mówią ludzie » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.
