  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  Beautiful Art Deco refurbishment, attention to detail was outstanding.Excellent breakfast and all staff were very friendly, polite andhelpful. Only £11 for a taxi back from the Albert Dock too (consideringhow much we saved on the room rate compared to central hotels we weredelighted!) Will use same hotel again. - Everything!   the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at ... co mówią ludzie » hand it was a pleasure to stay here. - Very nice hotel, room was very clean and very modern in design.
