  Warm and comfortable with everything we could want. Stayed in Silverdale which was large with a gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bed. Great choice for breakfast. - Friendly atmosphere created by the staff and excellent servicethroughout. Rooms are very spacious and have recently been decorated toa high standard.

  From the moment my girlfriend and i arrived to the moment we left , we were treated to a first class service , the staff were friendly and helpfull , the rooms were beautifuly presented and clean . The hotel was faultless in every way , we are certainly going to go back . We can also highly recommend the restaurant . The staff were lovely, the meal in the restaurant at night was really nice and great value. I booked a double room and got a lovely suite which I didnt expect. Very good overall.

  I'm quite surprised that the hotel is only 2* as the facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double via this website, sent them an email concerning this error, and my room was changed the next day and I was notified via a phone call.   My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much as we had never stayed in such a beautiful hotel before. It was just what we were looking for a bit of peace and quiet.
