  Great value B&B for myself and my baby. Our single room was upgraded to a tripple, cot and high chair were provided at no extra cost. Tv in lounge which we were able to use (but didn't). Clean and comfortable, close to Windermere, 20 mins walk to Bowness, free parking. Did the job of a b&b well. - The staff were very friendly.   The hotel was in an ideal location in Windermere. We have just purchased a boat at the marina, and this was ideal for us. The hotel was excellent, food excellent, facilities excellent, and staff extremely helpful. We were greeted on the front desk by a gentleman called Giles, extremely helpful, brilliant first class service.
