  Absolutely fabulous decor, great location, wonderful staff and extremely clean hotel! My room was a luxury suite and the bathroom was 5 star or better. The quality of lines and furniture was excellent. Spotlessly clean room. Major renovations are complete and the guest area looks very nice so far. I would stay there again! - The hotel was very nice, very clean and the rooms were lovely, the staff were friendly, i would certainly stay again as this is a great location for shopping eating out and visiting london.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.
