This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Hotel jest rzeczywiście odnowiony, bardzo czysty, mój pokój był dość duży, wyposażony w „aneks kuchenny” z czajnikiem, tosterem i mikrofalówką, kuchenką elektryczną !! kilka garnków i talerzy, filiżanki i pełny zestaw sztućców – byłam zaskoczona. Spędzając w nim kilka dni można przygotować sobie jakiś prosty lunch i zaoszczędzić trochę funtów.

Clean and well kept hotel with an absolutely unbeatable location at this price and standard. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.
I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to

Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.
