The nearness to the tube was ideal. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. Our room had a nice outlook on to the garden. It was good to have the lounge.The room was very warm and the booking in and out times were good. -

Had a great stay with very friendly staff.
The apartment is near Hammersmith station (about a 15min walk) which was perfect as we were seeing a gig at the Apollo.
Not knowing the area, the lady we met took the time to show us to the apartment herself which was really nice.
The apartment was spacious which everything we needed, great facilities.

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The breakfast was good - cereal, yoghurt, fried/scrambled eggs on toast and tea/coffee.the lady who makes the breakfast is so lovely and immediately

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Peter and Carolina. Breakfast was great. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. It was weekend, got car space easily opposite to hotel, no charges for parking in London and no congestion, what else could I expect. 5 min walk to Hammersmith Station, by train 15 min to Piccadily. It is absolutely good for the value of money with a decent breakfast. I couldn't have expected better.
