Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

The apartments (we had number 1104) was great, very clean, all the amenities we would need for a few says without having to go to a laundromat or out to eat every night. There conveniently is a tescos right down stairs and the huge lace market and town square were also right there. -

The staff were all extremely friendly but especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. I don't recall her name but she was a small older lady at breakfast on Sunday 23 Oct - please could you thank her for being so friendly and helpful. - after the meeting three of us still has some discussion to complete and with two of my colleagues were welcome

Chose the hotel purely because we were going to a gig at Rock City (next door), and for its proximity to the city centre. The hotel was very nice and clean, the rooms were gorgeous and the beds huge, very comfortable. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodated my request. The location was perfect in the city centre. I have got a quiet room how I wanted. - It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location, close to shops, trainstation and best of all the nottingham arena.
