  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient.   Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in it!   The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. It was really quiet at night which is unusual in London. Everything we needed was there expect possibly a hairdryer but I took my own anyway. It woud have bee - The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell in London.   Location! It's in a quiet side street just next to covent garden, absolutely brilliant for shopping and going out! They have single-glased windows but you don't hear a thing from what's going on around covent garden! The rooms have a traditional english interior design, which we love! Felt like home from home. Manageress/owner was so friendly & welcoming, made us feel individual rather than just another guest.   We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals.   This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.
