Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful. While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea. We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

  I was hesitating a lot before choosing Wyncliff apartmnt since there were no reviews of customers on letsbookhotel.com ,but I'm actually very satisfied since the apartments (we booked 3 apartments) were very clean,quiet,beds very comfortable,kitchen well equipped.Jay was very helpful,patient and kind. You can't find in London such comfortable an - The apartment was finished to a very high standard and was clean and tidy. The photos on the website do represent the apartment accurately. Location for us was ideal, a short walk into the heart of Greenwich, to the DLR, an express Tesco and the No 53 bus stopped close by which took us into the city centre. We didn't have hot water on arrival and called the contact number and we had somebody come out to sort out the problem within the hour!

Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Leadenhall Market, Brick Lane and Old Spitalfield Market along with lots of pubs and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. - The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.
