  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home. We will certainly stay again the next time we are in London.I can highly recommend this Hotel. - Fantastic experience, we were upgraded to a 2bed suite and had all the room you could wish for.   We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  Positive welcome. Easy registration. Lift to all floors. Room spacious and being on the corner of the building I had to sets of windows which made the room bright. Phone, tea making facilities, desk, ample drawer space. Bathroom good which was shared with one other whom I never met during my stay. Yes, it is a hall of residence for students but I was happy with my stay. Beyo - The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast. The bar was very reasonable and stayed open as long as we wanted to drink which was into the early hours and the staff were very accommodating putting on musi
