  We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable and the entertainment and dining area was clean and tidy. The saff were vey helpful in giving us directions to the venues we needed to get to. The road works around Blackpool made things difficult but the staff could not have been more helpful with the directions they gave us. We have - After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

We were also offered a discount if we stay with them for another trip in the future, which is much appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent - right opposite the beach and a short walk from the central pier. A lovel - Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy. Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect! Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel!!

Rolo (the owner's dog) was entertaining and surprisingly one of the highlights of the hotel itself! Th - The Food was Fantastic, Dave the owner and his Daughter were the two nicest people i have ever met they could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for them.It was an absolute joy staying thier and i will be going again. I also recomend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Blackpool. Stay at the Blue Bell you will have a great time.
