  The whole package, location, staff, food was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. STK restaurant is fantastic with the best steak I have ever tasted. Lovely touches in the room with nightly bed turndown with choccies, mood lighting and a fully loaded minibar! The Radio Bar is a great sight with lovely staff and fab food again. Would def r - Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too. Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

Hotel usytuowany blisko centrum, wszędzie można z łatwością dojechać metrem lub dojść pieszo.Na pewno będę bardzo miło wspom... co mówią ludzie » inać ten hotel. - Hotel ma świetną lokalizację w samym centrum Londynu, rzeczywiście 2 min. od Victoria Station. Bez problemów odbył się przyjazd z Lotniska Getwick, a dojście lub dojazd celem zwiedzania Londynu w ogóle był bez problemu.
