I loved the modern design of the hotel. Really loved the room it was amazing! Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!

The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne

We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. Free internet and free minibar included as part of the package. It is 2 minutes walk from earls court tube and 1 minutes walk from earls court high street. B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels). pokoj, czystosc - The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! Such and amazing thing to see). Complimentary coffee and tea in the room were great for such cold days. It was very silent during our stay.

Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space.
