pokoj, czystosc - The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! Such and amazing thing to see). Complimentary coffee and tea in the room were great for such cold days. It was very silent during our stay.

... co mówią ludzie » room; wonderfully quiet (I could not hear the next door guests at all); I also found the staff very courteous and helpful; - it was very relaxed, the staff were very helpful, clean and spacious rooms and i was particularly surprised that you had smoking rooms, for once i diddn't feel like a second class citizen. also our non smoking freinds do not smoke, and they were worried that the room would smell of smoke, which it diddn't. we would definatly stay there again, thankyou for making our weekend so enjoyable.

Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.

Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road.
Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay.
Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

I loved the modern design of the hotel. Really loved the room it was amazing! Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!
