  The staff were pleasant and polite and the location was the perfect distance from the train station, sea front and pubs/nightclubs.   I had a fantastic value short break at Hotel Vienna with my daughter. In a good location near the north pier not to far from the town centre and the Tower. The full english breakfasts are brilliant! The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment so is a bit dated decor wise b - The hotel vienna is currently going through a £100,000 reburbishment but you would never have known it as the hotel is well run and clean, the staff are very friendly and always had a smile on their faces, there was entertainment on in the evenings but unfortunately we had prebooked tickets to see other shows but heard it was a great night. The breakfast we received each morning was freshly cooked by the owner and lovely (a great way to get you started for your day out in blackpool). Definately

  All the staff freindly breakfast was very good - The friendliness of staff,even although I came in early from a night out
