  Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fruit juice, cereals and toast. Hot food consists of eggs, beans and mushrooms, no meat. We had a triple room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to make sure we were guests.

  The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door.
