The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.

The staff (2 different employees) went out of their way to support us on
independant matters. It was very well appreciated ! We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment (including 2 bathrooms) which was perfect in every way - the
kitchen was brand new and provided with everything we could hope for on

Nicely maintained 2 bedroom apartment. Good restaurants and pubs in
area. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current
history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not
have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second
floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.

Friendly staff who went out of his way to place us together which resulted in an upgrade. Booked months ago & got really good deal. Parking car for us was worth paying extra for. -

Barodzo duzy apartament, świetnie wyposażony - comfort and space in the apartments - hamper was a definate bonus after travelling it was good to have. Very accessible to tubes stations / bars / restaurants. - everything about this appartment was perfect

We were travelling with 2 kids over a weekend. The location is very near to Fleet Street-Blackfrairs station, it was quiet and a secure surroundings. It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay. I would book the apartment again if the opportunity came up.

Appartment had excellent facilities. - The passcode protected information that was provided on how to access the buidling and ammenities was easy to follow giving me a sense of security. Extremely well kept facility. Five minute accessibility to restaurants, transportation and supermarkets was the highest point for our family of four.

the apartment was lovely, clean and modern with every comfort. The heating was so good we had to turn it down. It is only 2 minuites walk to the tube station and very central to all attractions. The staff were excellent even thought we arrived late at night.
The apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone.

Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.
