the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

We liked the whirlpool which was so relaxing :) we had a great time and it was so romantic. The staff prepared the room with petal roses and candles. If we could afford more money we definetely stay more than one nights :) excellent location as it is 10 minutes walk from the lime street train station and 2 minutes walk (or less) from the shopping

We stayed at the themed hotel in Stanley Street, which bathes in an atmosphere of luxury, romance and festivity, also thanks to the themed floors/rooms and the friendly, bubbly staff. We had booked a room in Bold Street, but were upgraded to Stanley Street, so for £60, we had a very spacious room with 3 double beds and a Jacuzzi!

We came to Liverpool for a night out and the location of the Hotel could not of been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful, security of the hotel was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within the city centre. -

The whole experience from start to finish was great, staff were more than accommodating and the apartments just felt like your were at home. Fabulous layout, the images online doesn't do it justice.

On the scheduled dates of our stay the hotel suffered a leak. We were put into an apartment in another location the staff were most helpful and arranged the travel arrangements. The location of The Casartelli is also something which makes your sty even more spectacular, it is central to all Liverpool’s attractions. - Brilliant location. Gorgeous apartment and the staff were extremely helpful. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

I loved the way they had given attention to detail on the smallest of things to make it feel like a home away from home rather than a hotel. Having sky TV and a DVD player and large flat screen TV brilliant. Plenty of room to move around and doesn't even feel like you're on a boat. For a unique experience as a place with a difference to stay I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10 for comfort, ingenuity and being respectful to the legacy of The Beatles.
