A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.

The rooms were large and of a high standard. The view of the canal and Mailbox complex was superb. The whole concept is fantastic!! The room was gorgeous, like having your own trendy pad in the city! Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this
hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here
