Very friendly staff-very clean comfortable and quiet. A pleasant surprise. Would certainly stay there again. Very good deal through letsbookhotel. - Location to Terminal 4, quietness of hotel (windows were soundproof), decor, comfortable bed and sheets.

Outstanding in all respects. - We arrived at 10:30am for a 2 night stay and were able to check in immediately, leaving our car in the Jurys Inn car park before travelling into London. Our Grandson loved the room view, directly across the road from the Concorde. At additional cost the bufet breakfast £9 and the evening meals at £11.50 for 2 courses were value for money. 3 mins from Hatton Cross, 40 mins to Piccadily Circus

This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. I am not given to saying "excellent" to everything, but your hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in, large room, lovely bed, very nice bathroom, etc. etc. I would gladly stay there again. The best hotel i have stayed in for years! excellent value for money, we had a nice lcd tv a massive bed, fully stocked kitchen, a dvd player, freeview, a selection of magazines, a great get started folder with details of how to use the microwave etc, also included were menus from all the local food places. i love this place and recomend it as the
... co mówią ludzie » best on Bath road, even most of the 5* places - It was very affordable, definitely the best value that we found, especially since we needed a reservation for 3 people and Heathrow hotels are notorious for charging extra for more than 2 people in a room. We needed a room for the night in the middle of a 2 day travel schedule to get home. Very easy to access the airport, as the front desk personnel arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.
