Central hotel, very comtemporary and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff were particularly professional and helpful. The bar food was good also. The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. Everything. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Very clean and really good location. We actually extended our stay because we were very happy with the place. Although parking is not available, the parking off restriction after 630pm helps, right at the door step. Will definitely come again here if we ever go to Edinburgh next time -

There's nothing to complain about this beautiful modern, spacious
apartment. We travelled with our 25 yr old daughter. Location was
excellent. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It's about a 20 minute walk to Princes Street. We did not mind.
There are buses going that way every 10 mins. Apartment had a nice
homely feel with a lovely private garden which we enjoyed. Much better
than living in an hotel room. I would definitely recommend this
apartment.

we stayed at tigerlilly for our second wedding anniversary. we stayd in the junior suit it was a stunning room very comfortable.we had a few drinks in the bar.the bar staff were excellent my hubby loves his whisky and one young irish bar man helped with choosing different ones he hadn't tried before giving the backgrounds of the whiskys ect brilliant service.cant wait to stay again x
