Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.

B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels). All the staff we met were polite, helpful and professional.
The room was well appointed and comfortable.
We had lunch, an evening meal and breakfast and all were excellent in both presentation and taste. - Friendliness and helpfullness of the staff.

The aparment is big and very nice decorated. It has all the things you could need.
The people in the office was kind and efficient, by mail before arriving and there.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, you have some shops to buy food in the same block and lots of shops and a mall near the underground station, where you can walk in 5 or 10 minutes. You have 3 lines of underground there and buses to go everywhere.
