Hotel jest rzeczywiście odnowiony, bardzo czysty, mój pokój był dość duży, wyposażony w „aneks kuchenny” z czajnikiem, tosterem i mikrofalówką, kuchenką elektryczną !! kilka garnków i talerzy, filiżanki i pełny zestaw sztućców – byłam zaskoczona. Spędzając w nim kilka dni można przygotować sobie jakiś prosty lunch i zaoszczędzić trochę funtów.

The whole stay was ideal, we were 4 ladies travelling for leisure and
shopping, we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but when we got there they
gave us the option of 2 studios for the same price as we would have more
space and comfort, we chose our original booking and stuck with the 1
bedroom apartment as we wanted to all stay together but was lovely to be
offered the choice, we had problems with hot water the first night but
as soon as we rang they came straight up, the breakfast was lovely an

from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. My two kids, both under 7, enjoyed a lot and want to visit London again, specially the parks, London Zoo, Aquarium, River Cruise, London Eye, except the castles and palaces.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.
