All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable!
