Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

  The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. Words cant describe how welcome we - The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus
