  I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.
