We were evacuated from hotel 4 am on our first night due to a fire in
one of the rooms. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way
the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were
brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it
was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they
transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had
everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was
fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and
the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread
for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great
central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were
dead friendly too.

Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. Everything was absolutely first rate from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked..not long after an epic breakfast which on the face of it is free and so no complaints. I booked a bed in a dorm but upgraded to a Double for my friend and I ( 2 single bed hotel room with amazing shower and free shampoos too!. Totally worth it, and I've been to lots of places in europe were you pay alot more for less!!Thanks
