The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.
The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to
overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall,

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

Superb hotel. Stayed 1 night on a business trip, rooms spotlessly clean, hotel obviously has just been refurbished as everything is brand new.
Location is very central, close to business district and shopping. Staff very friendly, breakfast had a good selection.

I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel. Great hotel in a great location. Slightly out of the centre but only a 15 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars only five minutes away.

Really lovely staff that were very helpful indeed, polite and pro-active. Great modern vibe to the place, nice residents as well. Really well situated in a nice quiet but cool part of town, reminded me of a mini NY warehouse. Nice places to eat close by. Amazing power shower and LED TV over the bed. Very friendly lady on reception; lovely clean comfortable room, very spacious. Very clean bathroom! Would definitely recommend, and stay there again! - The friendliness of the staff on reception and easy distance from New street Station. We will certainly stay here if we visit Birmingham again.

I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.

Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.
