  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries.   The whole place was amazing, you definatley get the wow affect from walking through the front door to reception. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. The staff and room service were very polite and on time and didnt leave you waiting. Would definately reccommend. - The Experience
