Przyjemna atmosfera, chęć pomocy ze strony personelu, położenie (metro, centrum handlowe) - The hotel was great - the room was lovely, not massive but more than adequate. The look of the hotel was really nice, very clean and contemporary. The price was very good value for money - although a little out of central London it really wasn't a problem

The staff were extremely helpful, polite, friendly. - The feeling of being welcome - nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Price was excellent (for London!) and the free parking and location of the Tube Station were bonuses. Nice area, convenient for Wembley, with a couple of nice restaurants just round the corner. Rooms were comfortable and warm, and the little tranquil garden was great.

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
