  Extremely friendly people who, upon request, arranged us a room with view on the river. Great location, centrally in Inverness (10 min to centre), superb accommodation with all necessary needs on hand. Loving decoration and open for a nice talk. The location is fantastic on the river side near the Castle, just a little walk to restaurants and attractions on the city centre. Breakfast is very good, home made and always with a lot of care from the owners! I'll recomend to every one! I'll go back again if I'll be around!

  I had booked a small room which proved to be lovely decorated. It was located at the back of the house and had all I could wish for. Teapot, plenty of biscuits, two bottles of water, some chocolates. The bathroom had a shower and had mini bottles of shampoo, shower gel and bodylotion. An excellent place to stay about 15 minutes from - The hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, your choice of all or some of what was offered. Location was close to store, pub and downtown.east access to main roads. Need to remember the size of rooms. They were comfortable but most of the rooms if you turn around quickly you run into yourself. They are"small" large people could not fit.

  Jade was fabulous. Not only were the meals fantastic but she was great to give ideas and opinions on things to do there and foods to try. Our luggage was lost and she went above and beyond to help us acquire what we needed even offering her own coat for me to use. I would def stay there again. - Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

  One of the best nights sleep I have had in a night's stopover. Really comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. A vast amount of free off-road parking. - The hostess was super friendly and the two rooms we booked were clean and spacious. Great value for money and really close to the city centre.
